Viagra for women

Pfizer, which in ’90 became famous with the invention of Viagra, works on medicine for women’s sexual dysfunction. Despite of lots of difficulties it has made some progress.
Recently a new measure been successfully tested on rats, which improves blood flow to the vagina. In female rodents, these proved to be a quite safe. One day it may become a med for women suffering from partial or total inability to achieve sexual arousal, say scientists from Pfizer.
Their main goal is to win over female sexual stimulation disorder, which often is associated with problems of blood supply to the lumbar area, which can be cured pharmaceutically.
The aim of the study is to find an effective, fast acting and well adaptive drug by the body “said Joel Morris, a spokesman for Pfizer.
Researchers have developed new connections in the drug called Candoxatrilat. Already a precursor of the tests proved to be effective de-activator enzyme called neutral endopeptydaza (NEP). NEP usually affects the hormone responsible for blood flow to the vagina.
Pfizer Group discovered that rats tolerate NEP inhibitors, obtained from the Candoxatrilatu, including the recently developed R-13. The study showed that R-1 eaten by animals rapidly de-activates NEP, improving blood flow to the vagina. Scientists add that during the previous experiments, similar effects were observed in rabbits
Experts agree that in this way they will be able to help a group of women who have physiological sexual dysfunction, for example due to nerve damage in the lumbar area. However, note that such treatment has no effect when the disorder will have a different nature, such as psychological support. It is the multitude of reasons, the biggest difficulty in the efforts of pharmaceutical companies to develop ‘female drug for potency’.
